Casework & System Navigation
Navigating life, schools, and healthcare in a new system can be overwhelming. We are here to walk alongside you. We offer compassionate, 1-on-1 advocacy and support for individuals and immigrant families, meeting you exactly where you are in a completely judgment-free space.
What We Help With: Navigating public schools (IEP and 504 plan advocacy), communicating with healthcare providers, finding housing support, connecting with government benefits, and accessing trusted community resources.
Transparent Sliding Scale: We believe care should be accessible. We use a 3-tier sliding scale based on household income so you can choose the option that fits your current reality:
Tier 1 (Standard Rate): $110 / hour (For those with the financial means to pay market rate, which directly helps subsidize access for others).
Tier 2 (Accessible Rate): $80 / hour (For single-income or budget-conscious households).
Tier 3 (Community Floor): $50 / hour (For those experiencing significant financial hardship).
Professional Translation & Interpretation (Punjabi & Hindi)
Accurate communication is about more than just words. It is about dignity, safety, and understanding. We provide trauma-informed, culturally accurate language access for schools, medical providers, and community agencies, approached through an MSW lens to ensure cultural nuance.
Written Document Translation: $0.15 – $0.25 per word (Minimum project fee: $50)
Certified Documents (Transcripts, IDs, Forms): $50 per page
Live Interpretation (Meetings, IEPs, Intakes): $75 / hour (2-hour minimum)
Workshops & Professional Development
Interactive training and curriculum design tailored for schools, organizations, and community groups seeking to deepen their equity practices.
Core Topics: Culturally responsive care, overcoming systemic barriers, unmasking implicit bias in practice, and somatic self-regulation models for community care.
